And there are over 20 new artistic and lighting special effects with which to experiment.

Webmasters will appreciate Paint Shop Pro's new Web features, which include image slicing, image maps, JavaScript rollovers, and file optimization with browser preview. As usual, Jasc's excellent Animation Shop 3 is included, with which you can create GIF animations from layer-based Paint Shop Pro images.
